Terms and conditions for purchases.
1. The seller shall undertake to supply the goods ordered
to the specification arising from the order.
2. Cancellation of order shall result in a charge being
levied for any work commenced.
3. The buyer shall inform the seller of any fault with the goods within four days of receiving goods
4. Unless otherwise agreed in writing payment shall be due at the end of the month following the month of delivery of goods. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts. Continuing late payments may incur further restrictions or penalties.
5. All goods remain the property of Oti until paid for in full.
6. All goods or services supplied will be the subject of a twelve-month warranty period. If, during that period Buyer gives notice to the Seller of any defect in the goods which shall arise under proper use from faulty materials or workmanship then the Seller shall with all possible speed replace or repair goods to remedy the defects without cost to the Buyer.
7. The supplier may be subject to quality assurance activity at the supplier’s premises by the regulatory authority, i.e. CAA, MAA, EASA and also RSL’s customer(s). The regulatory authority and/or RSL’s customer(s) has right of access to any area of the supplier’s premises where any part of the contracted work is being performed. The supplier shall provide such reasonable accommodation, facilities and assistance as may be required.
