We have built up a modern, versitile machine facility including 5 axis machining and bar fed lathe with live tooling.

Combined with a state of the art CAD and CAM programming we can undertake the most complex products combined with full CMM reports.

Our HAAS UMC 500 5-axis machining centre, equipped with a 10-station pallet feeder, allows us to run multiple jobs efficiently with minimal downtime. By loading and scheduling work across the pallet pool, we can keep the machine running for longer periods, including unattended and overnight shifts, improving lead times, and keeping costs competitive for our customers.
